After months of hard work and community fundraising, our 8th grade class has officially traded their Spring Break for the capital! Their journey began with an action packed first day exploring the roots of our nation.
The students dove into the wonders of the Natural History Museum and the Smithsonian American History Museum before embarking on a reflective walking tour of the Lincoln, World War II, Vietnam, and Korean War memorials. Of course, it wasn't all history because they made sure to burn off some energy with a soccer game right on the National Mall.
It’s been an incredible start to a trip that our Knights worked so hard to earn!
